| Guidelines for the Recipients of IBRO Funding |

Research Fellowships
Please complete and return the Bank Information Form to accounts@ibro.info. Note that the beneficiary account for all Fellowships is the Host Institution and not your personal account. You should indicate the date the fellowship will begin. A transfer
will be initiated one month prior to the start of the fellowship. The following guidelines apply:
- The Program generally does not allow duplicate funding. If simultaneous
financial support from other sources is offered, the IBRO Secretariat (accounts@ibro.info) should be asked for approval.
- If you do not wish to accept the fellowship for any reason, the IBRO Secretariat (accounts@ibro.info) is to be informed as soon as possible.
- If the start date of the fellowship is different from that originally
proposed, the IBRO Secretariat (accounts@ibro.info) is to be informed as soon as possible.
- The fellowship award money is meant to contribute towards the candidate's salary stipend, not
for any research hardware, software or consumables.
Return Home Fellowships
Please complete and return the Bank Information Form
to accounts@ibro.info, indicating the date you would like to receive
the transfer. The fellowship will be transferred in two installments.
Two thirds of the full amount of the grant will be sent upon request.
The final third will be transferred upon receipt and Committee approval
of a progress report, which is to be sent six months after the transfer
of the first installment.
Travel Grants
You are
responsible for your registration and the proper submission of scientific
abstracts for the conference or meeting you plan to attend. You will be reimbursed AFTER the event. To obtain your grant, please send the following to accounts@ibro.info:
- A completed copy of the Bank Information Form.
- A copy of your abstract that was presented at the conference or meeting
- A Certificate of Participation
- A copy of your airline ticket

Please complete and return the Bank Information Form to accounts@ibro.info, indicating the date you would
like to receive the transfer. |
